What makes Apocaliente truly special is its ability to be set aflame while maintaining its potency. Even after the spectacular fire show, the drink remains above 30° ABV—ensuring you get the full experience with every sip.
If you're less ardent and more apocalyptic, burn it for a few seconds, but if you're more ardent than apocalyptic, you can use a pair of sauceboats to transfer the fire a few times, and remember to stay steady. Whatever you prefer... always drink it in one shot.
